With Øyvind Blomstrøm (Orions Belte, Monica Heldal) as producer and guitarist, Chris Holm (Orions Belte) on bass, Olaf Olsen (bigbang, Needlepoint) on drums, Vetle Løvgaard achieved exactly what he hoped for; to create an uncompromising pop record with roots in both indie rock and nordic americana. The whole album was recorded during three days in the studio at Bøler Hovedgård.

With a smooth and comfortable sound tweaked by Matias Tellez (Young Dreams), a handful of Norway's top musicians and Løvgaard's songwriter craft, Kefeider gives you a dreamy and catchy record.

The title “Podium” is a description of the overall theme of the album. Most people have the idea that they can fulfill their biggest dreams, and with both an inner and outer pressure to perform, one can end up standing in the way of being the best version of oneself.
